The SM Global Pinoy is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program under SM Cares Foundation with a specialized one-stop-shop or SM Global Pinoy Center within SM Supermalls offering various exclusive services, perks, and privileges to welcome and uplift the Global Pinoys. Membership is offered to past, present, and future OFWs, Immigrants, Balikbayans, and their immediate beneficiaries such as parents, spouse, siblings, children and guests.

It is the advocacy of SM Global Pinoy (GP) to honor and be of service to every Global Pinoy by offering special programs, seminars, and workshops to aid and enrich the entrepreneurial skills and perspectives of the Global Pinoy and their families.

Global Pinoys and Beneficiaries are encouraged to become members so they can gain access to the following perks and privileges exclusively created for members:

Perks and Privileges – Access to up to 50% discount, instant rewards, and privileges on shopping, retail perks, hotel, travel, and tour packages from GPC merchant partners / SM Affiliates
Lounging Area – Exclusive access to the SM Global Pinoy lounge where members & their guests can enjoy the following services:

a. Free voice calls
b. Free internet access
c. Free beverages like iced tea or coffee.
d. Free mobile phone chargers.
e. Hotel standard comfort rooms.

Customer Assistance – GPC Guest Services Supervisor and Assistants can assist members & their guests with any of the following:

a. Government information inquiries (e.g. POEA, OWWA-related)
b. SM Global Pinoy seminar/training schedules,
c. Foreign exchange and remittance cash pick up transactions via the BDO Remit Counter


Simply present any one of the following requirements in any SM Global Pinoy Center:

OFW
  - Passport and Visa
  - Foreign ID card
  - OFW e-Card
  - Contract of Employment
  - Overseas Employment Certificate
  - Alien or Immigrant Certificate of Registration
Beneficiary
  - Identification Card (To establish relationship with OFW please request for a copy of any above requirements)
  - Remittance Transaction Receipt from other remittance company

 

And pay a one-time membership fee of P 150 valid for one (1) year.

New members will receive his/her personalized card on-the-spot, and the following:

One (1) Toy Kingdom Php100 off for a minimum single receipt purchase of Php1,000 on regular priced-items.
One (1) Pet Express Pet Express – Php100 off for a minimum single receipt purchase of Php1,000 on regular priced-items
One (1) Rapide – Php100 off on oil change services
One (1) Complimentary Movie (valid on the first week of showing)

Unfortunately, SM Global Pinoy does not offer this privilege since the program is a non-profit Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of SM Supermalls.

Yes, an SM GP Card member may bring two (2) guests at a time inside the GP lounge to enjoy its amenities. There is no time limit in staying inside the lounge.

Unfortunately the SM Global Pinoy Card may only be used by the member whose name is reflected on the card. The SM GP card is also non-transferrable, thus Non-SM GP member beneficiaries and relatives are highly encouraged to avail of their own cards in order to enjoy its perks and privileges

No card, no entry policy. However, if the member insists, an exemption may be granted. The SM GP Personnel must also remind the member of the house rules of the SM GP Center.

Member may request for card replacement in any SM Cinema Booth. Card replacement is complimentary if reported within three (3) months upon issuance. Replacement fee of P100 will be charged for those declared thereafter.

For those holding old SM GP Card, member will have to upgrade to the new SM GP card powered by ePLUS for P150.
While those holding SM GP card powered by ePLUS, the renewal fee is P100.

Member may request in any SM Cinema booth with a minimal fee of P100. Provided that she will show a marriage contract. Card will be printed on-the-spot.
